The Feldenkrais Method®

The Feldenkrais Method is a process of learning about yourself through movement and awareness. It was developed by Moshe Feldenkais, physicist, engineer, judo master and student of human development. In the 1940-1970's he explored the interconnections between the body, mind, environment, and self development. Norman Doidge in his book, The Brain's Way of Healing... called Feldenkrais one of the early neuroplasticians.... more here...

The Feldenkrais Method is expressed in two forms: Functional Integration and Awareness Through Movement.
