6 Week Feldenkrais series with Tiffany Sankary

Weekly lessons will be taught in 2-3 parts so you will end the series with a collection of over a dozen 10-25 minute recorded Feldenkrais lessons to download and practice.

The shapes of your thoughts and feelings are expressed in your chest and abdomen, the way you breathe and move through the world.

What happens to your internal state when you change the shape of your chest?
