  • “I'm feeling so exhilarated, I just had to share! I just spent an hour squatting in a trench beside our house, scraping and scrubbing at the foundation. My husband has done the digging work so far but this task he is unable to manage. I am sure this mornings class helped tune my body for this task. I feel great! Strong and capable. My body image has been reset!” -Maureen

“I really liked all of the variations in this version!”

“My mid-back is calmer and looser. It is generating a peaceful feeling. I moved more slowly and consciously this time. . . I liked the increased shoulder freedom & the additional flexibility of the mid back, lower neck, and eyes.” -Marti

“This series is good for post stroke rehab in my opinion and experience although I can’t do the standing parts yet” -Hilary

Running Easy

All together there’s almost 5 hours of listening, moving and running.

    9. Summary

  • “I have been enjoying this series immensely. This particular lesson was a nice surprise as I did not know it was going to involve balancing a book on my foot. The second time I did this lesson, I reversed the directions since it was mostly asymmetrical and I wanted to give my other side that experience. Several months had gone by between repeating the lesson, yet, the second time was much easier to balance the book on both sides.”

“I can see how that will permanently influence me the rest of my life. Invaluable....” - Bharat Gupta
